- Device information for cameras you bind to your account, such as device identifiers, device names, online status, firmware status, and configuration data.
- Camera-related content and metadata, such as live view access, event thumbnails, alert events, local or cloud recording metadata, and device operation history.
- App diagnostics and technical data, such as app version, device model, operating system version, network status, logs, and error information.
- Permission-based data, such as camera access for QR code scanning and media access when you choose to save or select images.
How We Use Information
- To create and authenticate your account.
- To bind, manage, configure, and share IPC camera devices.
- To provide live view, playback, alerts, push settings, and camera control features.
- To maintain service security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and platform policy requirements.
Third-Party Services and SDKs
The app uses third-party SDKs or service providers to provide camera connectivity, account services, networking, analytics, push, and optional advertising. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Advertising and Consent
If this app version includes advertising, we may use TopOn to mediate ads from advertising networks. Where required, we will request consent before initializing advertising SDKs or using data for personalized advertising. If you decline personalized advertising, ad availability and relevance may be affected.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, with SDK providers needed for app features, when you choose to share a device with another user, or when required by law.
Permissions
- Camera: Used for scanning QR codes during device pairing.
- Network access: Used to sign in, bind devices, connect cameras, load events, and communicate with service providers.
- Photos or media access: Used only when you choose to select or save images, depending on platform behavior and OS version.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request account deletion in the app from User Settings > Delete Account. You can also use the account deletion webpage linked from Google Play.
Children
IPC CLAW is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. We take steps required by applicable law to protect information when it is transferred.
